The Horton (279 Horton Street East, London, Ontario) is owned by Gage Park Apartments Ltd. and professionally managed by Larlyn Property Management. This policy explains what we do with the information you share on this site.
What we collect
When you join a suite's line, request a tour, join the interest list, or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and your suite and move-in preferences (including whether you want a furnished suite).
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to contact you about leasing at The Horton — to answer your questions, offer tours, work the reservation queue in order, and process applications. That's it.
We don't sell or share it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Your queue position and application data are handled by Larlyn Property Management, which manages The Horton on behalf of the owner, Gage Park Apartments Ltd., for the sole purpose of leasing and managing your potential tenancy.
How to ask for deletion
You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email leasing@thehorton.ca and we'll remove your details, including any place you hold in a suite's line.
